Arthritis & Burn Support In response to your inquiry about emu oil, I have used it most successfully on two occasions. The first time was on a second degree burn on my right thumb which I had been treating for several days with various burn medicines. At your suggestion I started applying emu oil to the burn and the pain disappeared within two days. In about 10 days the wound had healed completely leaving no trace. The second time was for arthritis in the fingers of both hands. The pain lessened in about 2 days, disappeared completely in about one week and two weeks after the start of the treatment I had full use of my hands and fingers again. Pierre Y. B.
